Sometimes it can be hard to get your 6 to 8 glasses of water in a day. One way I have found to be very helpful in that matter is to drink your water in a 16 oz. mug. Instead of drinking one glass of water at a time you are drinking two glasses at a time. Four glasses of water in a 16 oz. cup equals eight glasses. I prefer to drink my water in a mug like the above picture but if you don't want to use a mug you can use a 16 oz. glass instead. As long as it is 16 oz. that's all that matters.

Now, there are no more excuses not to drink your 6 to 8 glasses of water. :)
